Deliberate trade-offs

What we do not ship — by choice.

Every platform makes trade-offs. Here are the ones we made, and what we shipped instead because we believe it matters more.

  • No native WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS channels. Shipped HTTP actions instead. Connect to any channel your client already uses, on their terms — not a fixed list of integrations we picked for them.
  • No native voice calling (phone trunk). Voice today is speech-to-text for chat input, where AI answer quality is highest. Real phone trunks belong to specialist telephony providers; we connect to them via HTTP, not by re-implementing them.
  • No native SSO / SAML yet. API-key auth covers the agency and client deployments we serve today. SSO is on the roadmap for the enterprise contracts that require it — not bolted on to look complete.
  • No low-code visual flow builder. We bet on grounded answers, instructions, and HTTP actions as the right primitives. Fewer broken bots from drag-and-drop spaghetti, faster time to a useful assistant.
  • No native social-platform OAuth in Content Studio. Publishing goes through customer-owned webhooks. You keep control of credentials, audit trails, and the right to switch platforms without rewriting your content pipeline.
